New York City asks a lot of the nervous system. Long days, constant stimulation, and irregular meals can quietly reshape mood, sleep, and cravings.
Mental health nutrition looks at that full picture. Food is not a replacement for therapy or medical care, but it is a powerful lever for energy, blood sugar stability, inflammation, and how resilient you feel under stress.
A whole-person approach
Anna’s work sits at the intersection of nutrition and mental health. Clients learn how meal timing, protein, colorful plants, and caffeine patterns affect mood — then pair those changes with meditation, breathwork, and, when desired, Reiki or sound healing.
Sound healing uses crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and drums to support a parasympathetic, rest-and-digest state. Many clients describe leaving a session more aware of the subconscious habits that keep them stuck.
Who this is for
This work is a fit if you are navigating stress-induced health outcomes, emotional eating, low energy, or you simply want a more grounded relationship with food in a high-pace city.
Workshops such as Balanced Food & Mood bring the same ideas to teams and small groups across NYC — combining a cooking demo with nervous-system tools you can use the same week.
Nutrition visits are remote. In-person sound bath and Reiki sessions are offered in Astoria.
